SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship within 3-6 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Los Lunas, NM. Orders placed after 2:00pm are typically processed the following business day. You may also choose to upgrade to expedited delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us for more detail and for special shipping services.
All orders will be shipped via USPS.
If you place multiple orders within 1-2 business days, and they are going to the same address, we will combine the orders and ship them together as much as we can. You will be refunded for your shipping cost and notified.

When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Pilot Goodies LLC is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
