Pilot Goodies LLC. warrants that on the Date of Purchase this Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Pilot Goodies LLC obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the purchased product only, and under no circumstances shall Pilots Goodies LLC or it’s representative be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost of repair or consequential damages of any kind in connection with the sale, use or repair of any product purchased from Pilot Goodies LLC or goodiesforpilots.com
Return Policy:
Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund within 15 days from date of receipt if received in original manufacturer's box or package with no physical damage including but not limited to;
  • Scratches
  • Broken parts or missing 
  • Damages to the merchandise
A copy of the original order showing purchase or information stating the invoice number and date of purchase, with reasons for return must accompany the article.
Do not return products C.O.D. as it will not be accepted by us.
The customer is responsible to send merchandise to us in a secure and tractable form.
The shipping cost from us to the customer will be deducted from the refund.
Contact us first for return authorization and instructions.
Once the merchandise arrived on our location, we will inspect the merchandise for any visual damage and will issue the refund.
If the merchandise is sent to us with fiscal damage, we will generate a report of the circumstances and will contact you for further instruction.
